   Billy Allen 84 of West passed away Thursday Feb. 25. Military graveside services will be 10 am Monday March 1 at Bold Springs Cemetery. He was born December 23, 1925 in Abilene, Texas and served in the Army during WWII and rhe Korean War. Survivors include his daughter Wanda Hoffman, sons Kenneth, Patrick and Michael Allen, 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
