My condolences to the family of Doris Jean. She was a beautiful, fun -loving friend and co-worker at Connally ISD. She had a wonderful spirit and a quick wit and we had many laughs and good times together in remembering happenings at West High School. Most of all I will miss visiting her at the Atrium in Bellmead. May she rest in peace in her heavenly home. Love, Katherine Macha Marek

Doris Jean, I want to thank you for being a part of my life and for teaching me job skills when you and I worked together at Heitmiller's Steakhouse in Elm Mott when it first opened in 1988. I will love you for your loving heart and for caring about me and showing me how to be successful in life and showing me how to love everyone.

In My Father's house are many dwelling places; if it were otherwise, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.
