Stephanie and Mary,
We are devastated to read about "Baby", as our family called your mom after our dad Calvin Adams heard Cecil Denison mistakenly call her that at the old GenCo FCU on Orchard Lane after just hanging up from a phone call with his wife, Jeanne. It was years before we realized that was not her real name, but Baby she lovingly remained to us, and the grandkids. Aimee remembers "Baby" always taking care of her on visits to GenCo during her Baylor days, and telling her "sorry your grandfather was just here" when Aimee couldn't find any peanut butter logs in the candy bowls. We all thought the world of her, and your dad; and we are so sorry for your great loss. We cherished visiting with Baby and your dad and watching all of your loving care of them, as we shared the same long table with y'all at the annual GenCo FCU meeting over the past ~15 years. We really missed seeing them last year as the meeting was cancelled and had hoped to do so this year. We look forward to seeing y'all again, and your mom and dad in Heaven where no doubt our dad and mom were among their welcomers. God be with you. So very sad to hear this news. I loved Doloras and Jimmy and you all were so good to my mother. There is something very beautiful though about them meeting Our Lord together. They will forever hold a special place in my heart. Stephanie and Mary, you and your family are in my prayers. Love to all.
