On October 9, 2021, Wendy Annette Bloskas, 65, of Austin, Texas was called home. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Friday October 15, 2021 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 1:00- 2:00 pm Friday prior to service. Wendy was born on March 3, 1956 to James Bloskas and Rubie Cochrum in Oahu, Hawaii. Wendy's father was in the military and the family traveled to many places around the world but always called Waco, Texas home. Wendy is preceded in death by her father James Bloskas. She is survived by her husband Carlos Barrientos of Austin, Texas; mother Rubie Bloskas of Waco, Texas; sister Tina King of Liberty Hill, Texas; daughter Samantha Banda of Austin, Texas; son Tristan Banda of Pflugerville, Texas, grandchildren; Isabella and Noah Banda of Pflugerville, Texas and best friend Sheila Beseda Cartwright of Waco, Texas.
