Weldon Joseph McSpadden

Weldon Joseph McSpadden, 92, of Hubbard, Texas passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30 pm Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Grace Gospel Church,
4385 E. Old Axtell Rd., Axtell, Texas 76624 with visitation and food to be served at 1:30 until service time.
Weldon was born May 29, 1929 in Dickens, Texas to Joseph Weldon and Iris Ann (Blakely) McSpadden. He served 4 years in the Army and on February 9, 1956 he married Barbara Wiley.
They owned and operated Bar-Mc Fork Lift Repair for almost 40 years. He coached La Vega Little League for several years and loved ridding horses and motorcycles. Weldon was well like by everyone and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers; 1 sister; and his youngest son, Michael Alan McSpadden on August 27, 2021.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Barbara McSpadded; his sons, Robert McSpadden and his wife, Karen, Gary McSpadden and Danny McSpadden and his wife, Ida; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
