Nell Haught, age 91, passed away in the early morning of June 7, 2022.
Nell was an avid bowler for many years, winning several tournaments & trophies. She also loved to dance, and was a member of the Waco Texas Association of Single Adults dance club. She took many vacations and traveled to many places throughout the U.S. She enjoyed visits from her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.
She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Ginger Chamberlain and Emily Bradley, and 1 brother Howell (Buddy) Sirkel, and her parents Lester and Laura Sirkel.
Nell is survived by 4 children. Pat Moran, Waco, TX; Steve Haught and wife Sharon, Royse City, TX; Rick Haught and wife Rhonda, Wylie, TX; and David Haught, Oklahoma; 2 grandsons, Brian Haught and wife Megan, and Jeff Haught and wife Jaclyn, all of Rowlett, TX; and 1 granddaughter, Molly Miles, Burlington, VT; plus 3 great grandsons, Hudson, Hayden and Julian.
Nell was a resident for many years at Ascension Providence, Waco. The family appreciates their care and support, along with the hospice staff.
Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, at Waco Memorial Park, presided by Chaplin Merry Wilburn.
