James Michael ''Mike'' Gordon, 69 of Ross, Tx. passed away Friday August 26, 2022 in Waco. Memorial service will be 5:00 pm Thursday September 1, 2022 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Mike is survived by his wife of 50 years Connie McGee Gordon of Ross, and two sons Michael Wayne Gordon of Ross, and Christopher James Gordon of Bellmead. He is also survived by two brothers Russell Gene Gordon of Canton Georgia and Stephen Norman Gordon of Waco; as well as five grandchildren; Kinsee Gordon and her life partner Tylon Carlton, Courtney Inman and her husband Dustin, Kimbree Gordon, Lindsey Gordon, Gracie Gordon and a close cousin Janice Derrickson. He was also a great grandfather to Cadynce, Bryston, and Eastyn Inman, and soon to be born Drew Carlton. Mike owned Gordon General Repair and Welding in Bellmead for many years and was a member Union Local 529. He is preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Jacobs Pence and his father Norman Walter Gordon. Connie and her family would like to thank Dr. Michael Loden and his staff for their ongoing care and concern.
