Floy "Granny" Maurine Kemp
January 11, 1929 - March 2, 2023

Maurine Kemp passed away March 2, 2023, with loved ones surrounding her. Maurine was born January 11, 1929 in Bosqueville, Texas, to John and Ethel Ivy. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers; and her children, Melissa, Johnny, Melvin, Kenneth and Marvin Kemp; several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Shirley Jenkins, Judy (Ronald) Graham, Mark (Melanie) Kemp and David Kemp; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. She loved family first, she enjoyed bingo, cards, casino and supporting her grands' sporting events. Special thanks to her granddaughter, caregiver, and best friend, Tanya Murnahan. Memorial services are at Bible Way Church, Waco, Texas at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 7. Meal to follow the service.
