Esther Ruth Tull

Esther Ruth Tull passed away Sunday Morning July 23, 2023.

Esther was born November 4, 1948 in Belton, Texas to Timo and Eustaquia Ortega. Later in life she would meet and marry Julio Leija Sr and have three sons, Julio Jr, Jeffery, and Joshua. With the passing of her husband Julio, the Lord blessed her with friend and love of her life Kenneth Tull. They would be married and live a wonderful marriage until the passing of Kenneth in April 2020.

Esther had a great love for the Lord. She was full of life and cherished the time spent with family. Most of all she loved being around her grandchildren and great grandkids.

Esther was proceed in death by her husband Kenneth, her mom Eustaquia Morin, Brother Anthony Ortega and Sister Linda Ortega from Belton. She is survived by her brothers Louis and Steve Ortega of Temple. Sons Julio Leija Jr, Jeff Leija, and Joshua Leija of Waco, Johnny and Nicole Tull of Axtell, Ricky and Jennifer Tull of McGregor, Calvin and Belkis Tull of Mexia. She had 21 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Esther was a loving Daughter, Wife, Mother and Great Grandmother with a great soul and will be truly missed.
