Martha was born in Liberty Hill, Texas on March 18, 1947 to Frank & Myra Tindell. She was one of five children and grew up on a farm in Lorena therefore attending Lorena Schools. She moved around Texas but ended up a long term resident of Lorena. She loved her family and was an avid animal lover all her life. She adored her four dogs, Butch, Sundance, Etta, & Layla.
She was predeceased by her parents, her loving husband of 26 years, Merle Norcross, brother Norman Tindell, sister Dathene (Tommy) Crump, brother David Tindell, daughter-in-law Laura Norcross, son Kenneth Norcross.
She is survived by her sister Edith (Bobby) Meador, sister-in-law Gwen Tindell, sister-in-law Stella Tindell, son Mark (Donna) Norcross, son Chris (Susan) Anderson, daughter Tammie (Lance) Krumnow, daughter-in-law Kellie Norcross, Grandkids including: Megan (Nathan) Wetlesen, who was Martha's caretaker for the past two years, Josh (Clair) Norcross, Brent Norcross, Hannah Norcross, Amelia Anderson, Matthew Anderson, Wes Benfer, Justin Benfer, Corbin Krumnow, Tyler Krumnow, Garrett Krumnow, Dawna Brockliss, Shyanne Krumnow, Lily Norcross, 14 great grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 pm Saturday January 6, 2024 at the Lorena Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Lorena Volunteer Fire Department.
