Mr. Kasper helped my school celebrate the love offered to us by all American veterans. He was a great inspiration to our community and to me personally, since we began our Valentines for Veterans events at my school in Kopperl, Texas since February of 2013. It was a sincere blessing to call him my friend.
  3. Albert & Stephanie Galvan
Our deepest condolences to the family. May God be with everyone at this time.
