Samuel Dean Tullos '' Sammy T.'' October 13, 1954 - April 29,2023 Born in Opelousas, Louisiana to the parents of Rex and Connie Tullos. Sammy was a graduate of La Vega High School where he enjoyed football, track, and was known to have the best hands in Bellmead TX. After graduating high school, he went to work for TP&L for 45 years. During those years he formed an unbreakable bond with all the men and women he worked with. Sammy enjoyed fishing, blues music, riding Harleys, and most of all attending his children's sporting events, where he always stood on the fence line. He had a laugh you'd never forget, and a smile that would light up the room, literally and figuratively (due to his gold teeth). He is proceeded in death by his mother Connie Tullos, father Rex Tullos, and daughter Callie Tullos. He is survived by his siblings, Kay Tullos and Jimmy Rex Tullos; children Samantha Herbert and Clyde Tullo; Grandchildren Hagen Dannhaus, Pistol Tullos, Lux Perez, Tripp Tullos, and Cal Herbert, and the mothers of his children Jackie Penney and Cheryl Teague. Memorial service will be at 11:00 am Monday May 8, 2023, at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Private family burial at Riesel Cemetery, Riesel, Texas.
