Delma Sue Gilley Walts, born in Waco to James and Lometa (Jackson) Gilley passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019.
Services will be 11:00 am Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with Annise Payne and Johnny Tull officiating. Burial will be at Axtell Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at the funeral home.
Sue worked at Hanson for 20 years and was a CNA at Hillcrest Hospital for 5 years. She loved Bingo, Animals and her family especially her grand kids. She married Larry Walts on April 12, 1971.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Darwin Gilley; sons, Jeff and James Spiares; and great-grandson, James Fisher.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Larry Walts of Axtell; her daughter, Kikie Frillou and her husband, Michael of Axtell; grandchildren, Angie, Jessie, Jamie, Brittany, Bradley and J. J.; her dogs, Annie Mae and Kay Kay; and 5 great-grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Bradley Frillou, Petie Tumlinson, Matthew Pina, Matthew Rodriquez, Joe Salinas, Ryan Dorenkott, Keith Tumlinson and Darin Dietiker.
The family would like express a special thank you to Dr. Sudan, Dr. Cross and Texas Home Health Nurses, Shelby and Meagan for their care and support.
