Joyce Evelyn Brannen, 84, of Axtell, Texas passed away Sunday January 3, 2021 at her home in Axtell. Graveside services will be 2:30 pm Friday January 8, 2021 at Rosemound Cemetery in Waco, Texas.

Joyce was a member of American Legion Auxiliary and VA Chapter since 1974, she was also a member of the DAV Chapter 3 of Waco and became the Post Commander. Joyce started her volunteer work which she loved in 1973. Joyce is survived by her sons, Randy Brannen and his wife Laurie, and John Brannen and his wife Karen, grandchildren David, Kristi, Jennifer, Kevin, and John Jr., great grandchildren Jamie, Daniel, Dylan, Derek, Gavin, Griffin, Mason, Audrey, Aubrey and Riley. Great Great grandchildren, Easton and Elizabeth. Sisters, Juanita Brooks and Rose McGee and a special girl to her Stacy Cardwell.
