On Friday March 19, 2021, Jack passed away peacefully in his home with family by his side. Visitations will be from 6-8:00 pm Tuesday March 23, 2021, and 6-8:00 pm Wednesday March 24, 2021 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Jack's desire was to be cremated.

Jack also known as Pop or Bubba is survived by his children, Debra Sue Miller of Kosse, Pat McQuay and her husband Monty of Pleasanton, Cindy Cranford Sharp of Bellmead, Cheryl Shepard of Bellmead. Grandchildren; Pam Hanson, Michael Williams and fiance Nancy Witt, Jeffrey Williams and wife Summer, Brandy Williams-Sherrill and husband Dylan, and Scott Cranford, Jeremy McQuay and his wife Christy, Valerie McQuay-Whalen, Justin McQuay and his wife Mitzi and Layne Shepard also 34 great grandchildren.

Jack was born in Gatesville, Texas to Robert Vernon Williams and Ada Bass Williams-Elrod. He moved to Waco, Texas in 1943 where he was helped to be raised by Aunt Lovie Emma Williams. He attended LaVega and after joined the United Sates Air Force in 1950 and was an Airman 1st Class. Jack spent many years working at Clayton Mfg Homes where he retired. He then worked many more years for NAPA.

Jack was known for his compassion for others. He never met a stranger. He loved his friends and hobbies included, Golf, fishing, dancing country music and was an avid watcher of football, baseball, and good movies and John Wayne. Above everything, his family was priority and he loved deeply all of his children and grandchildren, also his extended family and friends.

Jack was preceded in death by his father Robert, Mother Ada, Aunt Lovie, sister Louise, son Robin Williams, grandson Jason McQuay along with many other loved family members.
